Refund Policies
PRODUCT RETURNS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
– The account has the possibility of exercising its user right to withdraw from the purchase of products made at Goal Evolution within a period of fifteen calendar days, by writing an email to contactgoalevolution@gmail.com
– In the case of a change, the deadline drops to 24 hours and you must contact Goal Evolution to make it.
– The return of the product must be made with the original packaging. If this is not the case, we hold the consumer responsible for its loss of value and it will be decided that part of the imported amount can be refunded only after having made an individual assessment of each product.
– Returns of personalized products with names and numbers stamped according to the customer’s instructions or manufactured, adapted or made from the customer’s specifications will not be accepted.
– Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
– Goal Evolution reserves the right to deny the right to return products in cases of violation of the provisions of these particular conditions.
FORM OF EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
– To proceed with product returns, you must – within fourteen days of receiving the order – send an email to the address: contactgoalevolution@gmail.com indicating the resolved order number, as well as the product. or products to be returned.
– Goal Evolution will then contact you to arrange home collection of the products.
– Once the buyer’s request to exercise their right of withdrawal has been received and the return will subsequently be made.
– The refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the returned product will be carried out as soon as possible as long as it is an online purchase, within fifteen days of delivery of the order. Purchases made in the showroom will not issue import returns. Always subject to what is established in these particular terms and conditions.
– The products mentioned above can be returned if they are defective or come with factory defects. In these cases Goal Evolution will be responsible for replacing the garment.
PRODUCT RETURNS – FACTORY DEFECTS AND/OR TRANSPORT DAMAGE:
– The buyer has the possibility of returning products received in poor condition, either due to a defect or factory defect, (provided that said defects have not been due to improper handling or use by the user), or that have resulted damaged. . . . . in the transport.
– The claim in the event of receipt of a damaged product must be made as soon as possible, and it must occur within 24 hours of receipt of the order so that it can be covered by transport insurance.
– Goal Evolution reserves the right to deny the right to return products in cases of violation of the provisions of these particular conditions.
